Return Policy

Return Policy

We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help. Sale, bundled and discounted hardware items are only available for exchange or return for store credit within 20 days of purchase.  
- Items discounted over 50% are final sale. 
- Full-price devices can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Devices include diffusers and humidifiers. 
- Full price essential oils, 100% Natural Scent Refills and Natural Air Freshener Sprays can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. 
- Scent Kits can be returned for store credit only. 
- Items purchased through Gift Cards are eligible for exchange or store credit. 
- To return or exchange a Natural Air Freshener Spray or Diffuser Bundle, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@vitruvi.com. 

All returns are subject to a handling fee.

Warranty Policy

Device Warranty

We offer a 1-Year Device Warranty on all of our diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange for the same model and color.

Any hardware residing outside of Canada or the US will be unable to be replaced by Vitruvi. Please contact the store you purchased from for assistance.

Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty.
