Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - please select your product below or view individual pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Adagio Water Features
One Year Limited Warranty
1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Defects in the following Adagio manufactured components:
Hood, tray, plastic liner, installation brackets, water distribution items, stone*, glass, mirror, Featherstone, electrical components, light bar, and wiring. These components are covered by a One (1) Year (from the date of customer purchase) Limited Warranty against defects in product, workmanship, or material.
*Natural Stones: Fissures, fill materials in cavities, flaking of layered stone surfaces, and chips off corners that do not inhibit the performance or aesthetics of the water feature are part of our natural stones and do not constitute a warranty claim.
Defects in the following non-Adagio manufactured components:
- Re-Circulating Pump
- Remote Control

2. WHO IS COVERED
This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and/or the “original end user.” Original end user is defined as the “first owner” to install and operate the product. As the original purchaser and/or original end user are covered under the One (1) Year Limited Warranty, proof of purchase (and purchase date) will be required before any Adagio product will be covered under this Warranty.
3. WHAT WE WILL DO TO CORRECT WARRANTY PROBLEMS
Adagio will repair or replace (at our option) the defective component(s), unless the alleged defect is caused by faulty installation, user negligence or abuse.

5. REPLACEMENT PARTS
Adagio reserves the right to charge for any warranty part not returned to Adagio as requested.
Replacement parts will be shipped after receipt and qualification of the original defective part(s) by Adagio.
Expedited Shipment:
If expedited shipment of the replacement part(s) is requested, these part(s) must be purchased and shipped* at the end user’s expense. A credit for the part(s) will be issued once Adagio is in receipt of the original defective part(s) and the part(s) are deemed to be defective and covered by the One (1) Year Limited Warranty.

Mistaken Defects:
If a returned part(s) is deemed to have no defects in the actual product, workmanship, or material; or, the One (1) Year Limited Warranty is voided (see section 7 below), then any replacement part(s) will not be covered under this Warranty, and the customer will have the following options:
a) Have the original part returned to customer at customer expense.
b) Purchase a new replacement part and have it shipped to customer.
Note: In the event that the expedited shipment option was used, no refund will be issued.
6. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
This Warranty covers shipping to and from Adagio for the first 30 days after purchase by the original purchaser and/or the “original end user” as previously defined. In order for shipping to be covered under this Warranty, defects must be reported within the first 30 days after purchase by the original end user.
Mistaken Defects: should the returned part(s) be deemed to have no defects in product, workmanship, or material, the customer agrees to pay for all shipping charges incurred, both to and from Adagio.
7. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER (Express Exclusions)
- Products that are operated in combination with other equipment not furnished or otherwise authorized by Adagio for use with Adagio products.
- Damage occurring during shipment.
- Damage resulting from someone other than Adagio (or its authorized service technicians).
- Post-purchase product damage, including, but not limited to the following acts: misuse, testing, adjusting, installation, maintenance, alteration, modification, tampering, or servicing.
- Any of the following events void the Warranty:
- Damage resulting from “Acts of God” or Nature, including, but not limited to: fire, storm, earthquake, hurricane, or flood.
- Defects or damage resulting from acts of war or violence, including, but not limited to: atomic blast, bombings, vandalism, drive-by shootings, and robbery.
- Physical damage to the surface of the products, including scratches, cracks, normal wear-and-tear, or other damage to externally exposed parts.
- Damage resulting from failure to maintain an appropriate water level necessary for optimal performance of product.
- Damage or discoloration resulting from failure to clean or maintain the pump, stone, and/or any metal.
- Color changes on the metal due to the natural patina process.
Flat-rate charges may apply to the repair of products not covered by this Warranty. To obtain information regarding products needing repairs not covered by this Warranty, please call (800) 455-1948. Adagio will provide information on repair availability, rates, payment methods, and where to send the components.
8. OTHER LIMITATIONS
This is Adagio’s complete Warranty for our products; it states your exclusive remedies. This Warranty is given in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties.
In no event shall Adagio be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product; or, for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind; or for loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, loss of information or data, or other financial loss arising out of, or in connection with, the ability or inability to use the products, to the full extent these damages may be disclaimed by law.
9. STATE LAW AND OTHER JURISDICTION RIGHTS
This Warranty shall be governed under the laws of the State of Utah, where these producted are made. Other states and/or jurisdictions may not allow some of the provisions specified in this warranty. If so, those provisions may not apply to you. The remainder of this Warranty, however, remains in full force and effect.
The BioFlame Fireplaces
The Bio Flame offers a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase on all operation-related functions of the fireplaces. The warranty does not cover any product damage that occurred during shipping or was caused by improper product handling or installation.
What the Warranty Covers:
Factory defects or malfunctions related to normal operation within the first 3 years from the date of purchase.
First-Use Claims Must Be Submitted Within 1 Year of Delivery
Products must be opened, inspected, and tested within 1 year of delivery. Claims related to missing components or issues identified during first-time installation or use will not be accepted if submitted after this period, regardless of when the product was installed or first used.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
Improper Product Handling or Installation:
The warranty does not cover damage that occurred during shipping or damage caused by improper handling or incorrect installation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Failure to follow installation instructions provided in the manual.
- Using unapproved or non-compatible accessories or modifications.
- Installing the fireplace in a non-compliant or unsafe manner (e.g., placing it too close to combustible materials, failing to ensure proper ventilation).
- Dropping, denting, or physically mishandling the unit during installation.
Deterioration or Accident Due to Negligence:
The warranty does not cover deterioration, accidents, or damage caused by negligence, failure to maintain/service the unit, or unauthorized modifications. Examples include:
- Using non-recommended fuels, additives, or other substances that may cause residue buildup or malfunction.
- Exposing the unit to extreme weather conditions, water damage, or prolonged exposure to moisture when not designed for outdoor use.
- Overfilling the burner or improperly refueling (e.g., spilling fuel inside the unit, refueling while the burner is still hot).
- Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs not performed by The Bio Flame or an authorized technician.
Improper Use:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use or use under conditions other than intended. Examples include:
- Using the fireplace for purposes other than decorative heating (e.g., cooking or heating objects on top of the unit).
- Operating the unit in an enclosed space without proper ventilation, leading to overheating or improper combustion.
By signing up for our 3-year Warranty, you understand and agree that you are providing personal information to Hello Haven and The Bio Flame in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The Bio Flame products come with a standard 3-year Warranty from the date of purchase for operation-related functions only. After receiving warranty claims, The Bio Flame reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on the information and proof submitted. Kingsbottle Wine Cabinets
2 YEAR WARRANTY (INCLUDED)
Covers parts and labor against manufacturer defects under normal use. (Refurbished units excluded)
Who is Covered
This warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift. It is non-transferable.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
If your refrigerator malfunctions, KingsBottle may repair or replace it. Labor and parts are covered for 2 years from the purchase date.
If unrepairable, the original order value may be applied toward a replacement unit under the original warranty terms.

Transtherm Wine Cabinets
For any defects or non-compliant products, we will help you get in touch with our manufactuer's technical support team. If a warranty replacement is required, our manufacturer will ship a new unit and collect the defective unit at no cost to you. Warranties are handled by our manufacturer's support team and on a case-by-case basis. Parts are under warranty for 2 years and unit compressor is under warranty for 5 years.

Two-Year Limited Warranty
Products to which this limited warranty applies
This limited warranty applies to your newly purchased Dimplex electric fireplace. This limited warranty applies only to purchases made in any province of Canada except for Yukon Territory, Nunavut, or Northwest Territories or in any of the 50 States of the USA (and the District of Columbia) except for Hawaii and Alaska. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.
Products excluded from this limited warranty
Light bulbs are not covered by this limited warranty and are the sole responsibility of the owner/purchaser. Products purchased in Yukon Territory, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska are not covered by this limited warranty. Products purchased in these States, provinces, or territories are sold AS IS without warranty or condition of any kind (including, without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) and the entire risk of as to the quality and performance of the products is with the purchaser, and in the event of a defect the purchaser assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
What this limited warranty covers and for how long
Products, other than fireplace surrounds (mantels) and trims, covered by this limited warranty have been tested and inspected prior to shipment and, subject to the provisions of this warranty, Glen Dimplex Americas Ltd. (herein called Glen Dimplex Americas) warrants such products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the first purchase of such products.
Glen Dimplex Americas fireplace surrounds (mantels) and trims covered by this limited warranty have been tested and inspected prior to shipment and, subject to the provisions of this warranty, Glen Dimplex Americas warrants such products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of first purchase of such products.
The limited 2 year warranty period for products other than fireplace surrounds (mantels) and trims and the limited 1 year warranty period for fireplace surrounds (mantels) and trims also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to the purchaser.
What this limited warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired (except by Glen Dimplex Americas or its authorized service representatives) or otherwise altered. This limited warranty does further not apply to defects resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, incorrect installation, improper maintenance or handling, or operation with an incorrect power source.
What you must do to get service under this limited warranty
Defects must be brought to the attention of Technical Service at 1-888-346-7539. Please have proof of purchase, catalogue/model and serial numbers available when calling. Limited warranty service requires a proof of purchase of the product.
What Glen Dimplex Americas will do in the event of a defect
In the event a product or part covered by this limited warranty is proven to be defective in material or workmanship during (i) the 2 year limited warranty period for products other than fireplace surrounds (mantels) and trims, and (ii) the 1 year limited warranty period for surrounds (mantels) and trims, you have the following rights:
- Glen Dimplex Americas will in its sole discretion either repair or replace such defective product or part without charge. If Glen Dimplex Americas is unable to repair or replace such product or part, or if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, Glen Dimplex Americas may, in lieu of repair or replacement, choose to refund the purchase price for such product or part.
- Limited warranty service will be performed solely by dealers or service agents of Glen Dimplex Americas authorized to provide limited warranty services.
- For products other than surrounds (mantels) and trims, this 2 year limited warranty entitles the purchaser to on-site or in-home warranty services. Accordingly, Glen Dimplex Americas will be responsible for all labour and transportation associated with repairing or replacing the product or part except as follows: (i) charges which may be levied for travel costs incurred to travel to the purchaser’s site where the product is located if the purchaser’s site is beyond 30 miles (48 km) from the closest service depot of Glen Dimplex Americas dealer or service agent; and (ii) the purchaser is solely responsible for providing clear access to all serviceable parts of the product.
- For surrounds (mantels) and trims, this 1 year limited warranty does not entitle the purchaser to on-site or in-house warranty services. The purchaser is responsible for removal and transportation of the surrounds (mantels) and trims (and any repaired or replacement product or part) to and from the authorized dealer’s or service agent’s place of business. On-site or in-home services for surrounds (mantels) and trims may be performed at the purchaser’s specific request and expense at Glen Dimplex Americas then current rates for such services. Glen Dimplex Americas will not be responsible for, and this limited warranty shall not include, any expense incurred for installation or removal of the surrounds (mantels) or trims or any part thereof (or any replacement product or part) including, without limitation, all shipping costs and transportation costs to and from the authorized dealer’s or service agent’s place of business and all labour costs. Such costs shall be the purchaser’s responsibility.
What Glen Dimplex Americas and its dealers and service agents are also not responsible for:
IN NO EVENT WILL GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY. IN NO EVENT WILL GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods shall not apply to this limited warranty or the sale of products covered by this limited warranty.

Section 1 Products to which this Limited Warranty Applies
This Limited Warranty applies to your newly purchased Dimplex electric fireplace with model numbers XLF5017-XD, XLF6017-XD, XLF7417-XD, XLF8817-XD, and XLF10017-XD.
This Limited Warranty applies only to purchases made in any province of Canada except for Yukon Territory, Nunavut, or Northwest Territories or in any of the 50 States of the USA and the District of Columbia except for Hawaii and Alaska. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.
Section 2 Products excluded from this Limited Warranty
Products purchased in Yukon Territory, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska are not covered by this Limited Warranty. (herein called Glen Dimplex Americas) warrants such products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of the first purchase of such products. The 5-year Limited Warranty entitles the purchaser to On-site or In-home Warranty Services. Accordingly, Glen Dimplex Americas will be responsible for all labor and transportation associated with repairing or replacing the product or part. Exceptions to this are outlined in Section 5. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to the purchaser.
Section 4 What this Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Please have proof of purchase, catalogue/model and serial numbers available for representatives to assist. **Limited In-home Warranty Services require proof of purchase.
In the event a product or part covered by this Limited Warranty is proven to be defective in material or workmanship during (i) the 5-year Limited Warranty period for products outlined in Section 1, you have the following rights:
- Glen Dimplex Americas will in its sole discretion either repair or replace such defective product or part without charge. If Glen Dimplex Americas is unable to repair or replace such product or part, or if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, Glen Dimplex Americas may, in lieu of repair or replacement, choose to refund the purchase price for such product or part.
- Limited Warranty service will be performed solely by dealers or service agents of Glen Dimplex Americas authorized to provide Limited Warranty services.
- This 5-year Limited Warranty entitles the purchaser to On-site or In-home Warranty services. IN NO EVENT WILL GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY. WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL LOSS, COST, OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, MAINTENANCE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES, COSTS OR DAMAGES, OR IF SUCH LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT WILL GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. Accordingly, Glen Dimplex Americas will be responsible for all labor and transportation associated with repairing or replacing the product or part except as follows: (i) charges which may be levied for travel costs incurred to travel to the purchaser’s site where the product is located if the purchaser’s site is beyond 30 miles (48 km) from the closest service depot of Glen Dimplex Americas dealer or service agent; and (ii) the purchaser is solely responsible for providing clear access to all serviceable parts of the product.
- Glen Dimplex Americas will not be responsible for, and this Limited Warranty shall not include, any expense incurred for installation or removal of the surrounds (mantels) or trims or any part thereof (or any replacement product or part) including, without limitation, all shipping costs and transportation costs to and from the authorized dealer’s or service agent’s place of business and all labor costs. Such costs shall be the purchaser’s sole responsibility.
Section 6 When Glen Dimplex Americas and its Dealers and Service Agents are not Liable
IN NO EVENT WILL GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY. WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL LOSS, COST, OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, MAINTENANCE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES, COSTS OR DAMAGES, OR IF SUCH LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT WILL GLEN DIMPLEX AMERICAS, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. IGNITEXL® 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Section 1 Products to which this Limited Warranty Applies
This Limited Warranty applies to your newly purchased Dimplex electric fireplace with model numbers XLF50, XLF60, XLF74, and XLF100.
This Limited Warranty applies only to purchases made in any province of Canada except for Yukon Territory, Nunavut, or Northwest Territories or in any of the 50 States of the USA and the District of Columbia except for Hawaii and Alaska. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.
Section 2 Products excluded from this Limited Warranty
Products purchased in Yukon Territory, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Products purchased in these States, Provinces, or Territories are sold AS IS without Warranty or condition of any kind including, without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk of as to the quality and performance of the products is with the purchaser. In the event of a defect, the purchaser assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
Section 3 What this Limited Warranty covers and for How Long
IgniteXL® products XLF50, XLF60, XLF74, and XLF100 excluding trims and accessory packages are covered by this Limited Warranty, have been tested and inspected prior to shipment and, subject to the provisions of this Warranty, Glen Dimplex Americas Ltd. (herein called Glen Dimplex Americas) warrants such products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of the first purchase of such products.
The 5-year Limited Warranty entitles the purchaser to On-site or In-home Warranty Services. Accordingly, Glen Dimplex Americas will be responsible for all labor and transportation associated with repairing or replacing the product or part. Exceptions to this are outlined in Section 5. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to the purchaser.
Section 4 What this Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired (except by Glen Dimplex Americas or its authorized service representatives) or otherwise altered. This Limited Warranty does further not apply to defects resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, incorrect installation, improper maintenance or handling, or operation with an incorrect power source.
Section 5 How to notify us of a Warranty Concern
Defects must be brought to the attention of Dimplex Customer Service online at dimplex.com/en/contact_us or by telephone at 1-888-346-7539. Please have proof of purchase, catalogue/model and serial numbers available for representatives to assist. **Limited In-home Warranty Services require proof of purchase.
In the event a product or part covered by this Limited Warranty is proven to be defective in material or workmanship during (i) the 5-year Limited Warranty period for products outlined in Section 1, you have the following rights:
- Glen Dimplex Americas will in its sole discretion either repair or replace such defective product or part without charge. If Glen Dimplex Americas is unable to repair or replace such product or part, or if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, Glen Dimplex Americas may, in lieu of repair or replacement, choose to refund the purchase price for such product or part.
- Limited Warranty service will be performed solely by dealers or service agents of Glen Dimplex Americas authorized to provide Limited Warranty services.
