All orders will ship from one of our two warehouses in Los Angeles, CA or Orange, NJ. 

Processing time is usually 48 hours, after which you will be contacted to make an appointment for white glove delivery. Units generally arrive within 10-14 business days, depending on distance from closest warehouse. White Glove delivery include ringing unit into your home and setting it up in the room of your choosing. Up to two flights of stairs included.

Loft Vintage Small: $295

Loft Vintage Double: $395

Ermitage Large: $395

Ermitage Double: $450

You are entitled to return your order within 30 calendar days of receipt for any reason. Unit must be in the original box and you will be refunded in the form of original payment less a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping freight costs and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only when product is received back into our warehouse in sellable condition.

In the unlikley event of the unit arriving with damage from shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the unit. We will work with our manufacturer to place a freight claim on your behalf and ensure you are shipped a replacement unit at no additional cost.

For any defects or non-compliant products, we will help you get in touch with our manufactuer's technical support team. If a warranty replacement is required, our manufacturer will ship a new unit and collect the defective unit at no cost to you. Warranties are handled by our manufacturer's support team and on a case-by-case basis. Parts are under warranty for 2 years and unit compressor is under warranty for 5 years.
