Step 1: Choose Floor to Ceiling Posts/Frames

Floor-to-Ceiling Posts/Frames are available in 8.33ft (2540mm) or 10ft (3050mm) length, you can cut it shorter to fit your space if necessary.

Step 2: Choose Metal Rails

  • 7ft (2121mm) Metal Rails (including 21 Pairs of Wine Pegs), or 
  • 8ft (2426mm) Metal Rails (including 24 Pairs of Wine Pegs).
  • NOTE: If specific length metal rails wanted, please indicate.

Step 3: Choose Bottle Depth of Pegs

Wine Pegs Options: 1-Bottle deep, 2-Bottle deep, 3-Bottle deep. Fits bottle diameters up to 86mm (3.39").
* The double-sided version doubles the rails and pegs on the back side, effectively doubling the bottle capacity.

Curbside Shipping

All of our orders of refrigerators receive free standard curbside truck or porch package shipping, depending on the unit size. We don't charge a residential, lift gate or appointment fee. (Appointment windows are established by the delivery carrier. They will contact you to discuss their options.)

  • Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons.)
  • Transit Time: 2-10 Business Days - Actual time depends on your distance from our fulfillment center in Southern California.

Threshold Shipping $199

Deliver to the first dry opening. Just need it delivered over your threshold or in your garage? This service is for you.

  • Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons.)
  • Transit Time: Adds 3-10 days to Curbside Shipping, it is determined by a variety of factors. For example:
    1. Your distance from the delivering terminal.
    2. What days they are in your area.
    3. How quickly they can make contact with you to schedule.
  • We know you want your unit as quickly as possible. If you have specific time concerns, please call us to discuss your needs before shipping.

White Glove Shipping $249

The total package includes: 

  • Delivery to your room. (Note: Up to two flights of stairs included. Please call to discuss any additional flights of stairs and or unique delivery circumstances.)
  • Unpacking of the unit
  • Placement in your desired location
  • Debris removal (does not include disposal/removal of old cooler)

All that's left for you to do is plug it in, turn it on and enjoy

Expedited Shipping - please contact us for a quote

Expedited Shipping reduces your processing time AND gets you the fastest ground transportation option available to us.

  • Processing Time:  The next business day. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons.)
  • Transit Time: Varies on the shipping day and your distance from our Southern California fulfillment center. Please call or email us to discuss your needs so we can ensure we can accommodate them. Every shipment is unique.

Special Note:

  • All shipping services are fulfilled by 3rd party carriers. 
  • Any shipping service (Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping, Expedited Shipping) is one-time service. During warranty, only Curbside Shipping will be provided. If you need any of the Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping or Expedited Shipping during warranty, you could purchase it from us. 
Satisfaction Guarantee
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. If the item you received is damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and include all components.
30-Day Return Period
  • If the item is received in good condition, but you change your mind and would like a full refund of the item price (freight excluded), the item must be returned within thirty days from the date the merchandise was received. However, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the return. Please contact us for instructions on the return at sales@hellohaven.co.
Special Orders
  • On personalized, customized and special orders, orders of parts, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or was customized incorrectly. We must be informed within 5 days of receipt that the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
  • If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including personalized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange. Items received damaged should be refused or appropriately noted as damaged prior to signing for them. Failure to do so limits the ability to file a claim with the carrier and may result in the customer being responsible. Shipping cost will be paid for by Hello Haven within 30 days for all defective or incorrect items. Damaged shipments are evaluated with the carrier and handled on a case by case basis.
After 30 days
  • If you decide to return your purchase after 30 days, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items after 30 days can not be returned. For information on what our Warranties include, please see the Warranties tab on each product detail page. If you would like to arrange an exchange for a different Kingsbottle item, please contact us at sales@hellohaven.co.
Shipping & Handling Fees
  • Shipping & Handling fees will only be refunded or paid for by Hello Haven within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
  • If you decide to return a fully functioning item and upon examination of the return, Hello Haven determines the purchase has missing items or has been damaged, we will charge a fee to cover the expense. A fee will be charged for any returned product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
