Description

The Adagio Aspen Falls Wall Mounted Fountain is a gorgeous addition to any home. Available in 20 surfaces and 15 different trims, the fountain will perfectly complement the aesthetic of your home or office.

Available trim options (square or round edges): Antique Bronze, Blackened Copper, Bronze Silverado, Copper Vein, Eurso Vein, Harvest Gold, Java, Rustic Copper, Shimmer Gold, Silver Vein, Snow White, Stainless Steel, Textured Black, Woodland Brown, Silver Metallic

Custom Logo

Create a custom water feature by having your logo, image, text or graphic be part of any water fall that Adagio Water Features produces.

Our skilled artisans will sandblast your image into any Adagio Water Feature and then hand paint your selected image with auto acryllic paint for long lasting durability.

Your image can be put on Slate, Marble, Travertine, Glass or Featherstone surfaces.

Please allow two weeks for production from the time of your artwork approval to the time of shipment.

Water Distiller

Keep your water fountain looking and running its best by using distilled water. We recommend the use of distilled water in all of our water features. Now you can distill your own with this easy to use water distiller.

Maintain the look and longevity of your water fountain by utilizing mineral-free water.
Produces one gallon of distilled water in 4 hours.
With an auto shut-off, you just turn it on and let it do the work.
Does not connect to the water feature. It is a separate counter-top appliance
Very compact, which takes up very little countertop space at 10" w x 16" d x 15" h
Eliminates hundreds of dollars per year of purchasing distilled water.

LED Colored, Programmable Lights

These colored LED lights are a great upgrade for your custom indoor waterfall and come with a remote control. You are able to set them for one color or to rotate between whichever colors you choose. There are 12 color choices and 4 color changing settings.

On/Off Remote

This optional on/off remote fits perfectly in the hood of your water feature. It is designed to work in line with the power cord to control the entire unit. Lights and pump will be controlled together.

This on/off remote kit comes with 3 different mounting styles. It is retrofittable and can be installed after the feature is up and running.

Aspen Falls Indoor Hood Cover

When your water feature is placed near a stairwell or an area where it can be seen from above, you may want to add an indoor hood cover for aesthetic reasons. An indoor hood cover is a piece of black material that sits on top of or inside the hood and covers the top from view. It is only visible from the top.

Aspen Falls Outdoor Hood Cover

An outdoor hood cover keeps moisture and debris from getting into the lighbar and components in the hood. The outdoor hood covers are made from the same metal trim as your water feature.

Outdoor hood covers for wall mounted features have a slight angle to allow water to run off the front and are attached with hinges to enable you to swing them up to access your water distribution unit and lightbar.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Shipping cost on Adagio Water Features is charged at a flat fee of $40 and is curbside only.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and preauthorized your credit card for the purchase.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to see if alternate arrangements can be made.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we successfully process the charges to your credit card, your order will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.

We will email your shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within 4 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@hellohaven.co.

International Orders:

Please note that we do not ship outside of the United States.

Damages:

We want to make sure you have the best possible experience from choosing your items to unboxing and enjoying them.

If you notice any damage to the packaging and/or your item(s) when they arrive, please take photos and email them to sales@hellohaven.co within 24 hours of receiving. If there is damage to packaging but your items are unaffected, please know we will follow up with our shipping partners regardless. If there is any damage to your items, we will reply to your email to initiate the return process.

Return Policy

You are entitled to return your new, unused order in it's original packaging within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for any reason. You will be refunded in the original form of payment less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping freight costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

The deadline for returning an order is 30 calendar days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 calendar days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to use immediately with photos and we will make it right.
